Module 1: Chapter 1.5 Creating a Colour Wheel

I had a great time with this activity although it took two starts to get it right at the beginning. Even so, now that I have worked more with complementary colours (in chapter 2) I could possibly have worked a little harder in the red to blue range. I used Cadmium Yellow, Alizarin Crimson and Cerulean Blue for this activity, working in acrylics as before.

I started by filling in the outside ring of primary, secondary and tertiary colours:









Then I worked on the 'tint' wheel






And finally on the 'shade' wheel
